1. About Storly
Storly is an inventory management workspace designed to help small businesses track products, monitor stock, review reports, manage workspace settings, and use AI-powered inventory assistance.
2. Account Registration
To use Storly, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
3. Business and Workspace Data
You are responsible for the inventory, product, supplier, purchase order, stock, team, and business data that you add to Storly. You should review your data regularly to make sure it is accurate and up to date.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Storly, attempt to access another user’s account or workspace, interfere with the service, upload harmful content, abuse rate limits, reverse engineer the platform, or use Storly for unlawful purposes.
5. Storly AI
Storly AI may provide summaries, insights, suggestions, action tasks, reorder ideas, stock risk analysis, and other AI-assisted responses based on your inventory data.
AI-generated information may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not suitable for your specific business situation. You are responsible for reviewing AI suggestions before making business decisions.
6. Reports and Email Tools
Storly may allow you to generate, download, or email reports such as inventory summaries, stock movement reports, shortage reports, analytics reports, and purchase order PDFs.
You are responsible for checking report accuracy before using reports for business, accounting, operational, or legal decisions.
7. Plans, Billing, and Upgrades
Storly may offer free and paid plans. Paid plans may include additional limits, features, team access, AI tools, reports, purchase orders, or other advanced functionality.
If you upgrade to a paid plan, billing may be handled by a third-party payment provider. Prices, limits, and features may change over time.
8. Free Plan
Storly may offer a free Basic plan. We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue free plan features at any time, especially to protect the security, reliability, and performance of the service.
9. Team Members and Workspace Access
Workspace owners and admins are responsible for managing team member access, roles, invites, and permissions. You should only invite people who are authorized to access your business data.
10. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect Storly. However, no online service is completely secure. You agree to use strong passwords, protect your account, and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
11. Service Availability
We aim to keep Storly available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Storly may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party service outages, or events outside our control.
12. Third-Party Services
Storly may use third-party services for hosting, email delivery, payments, analytics, AI, security, and other platform features. Your use of Storly may depend on the availability and operation of those third-party services.
13. Intellectual Property
Storly, including its name, branding, design, software, features, and content, belongs to Storly or its owners. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or misuse Storly’s intellectual property without permission.
14. Your Content
You keep ownership of the business and inventory data you add to Storly. You give Storly permission to process that data as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.
15. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Storly if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, abused the service, failed to pay required fees, or used Storly in a harmful or unlawful way.
16. Disclaimers
Storly is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that Storly will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every business need.
Storly does not provide legal, financial, accounting, tax, or professional business advice. You should consult a qualified professional when needed.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Storly will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we may update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of Storly after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
